Shipping


We use UPS to ship our products to USA and Canada.
Regular delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and US territorial possessions is via Parcel Post, and takes approximately 5 to 12 days. For international we ship via USPS Air Mail. You can expect delivery with in 2 to 3weeks of your order for in stock items. All applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the package recipient.UPS does not allow us to give them special instructions for delivery of your package. 

UPS transit time is based on business days Mon- Fri.

The information that we acquire to process your order will remain in our records department for the soul purpose of servicing you as our customer. Your information will never be sold or given to anyone.



Return policy



Here at Hot Sauce World, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a refund or store credit. Just return the unused unopened product to us within 15 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless we have shipped the wrong item to you. It is necessary that you contact our Customer Care department(CustomerCare@HotSauceWorld.net) for an RMA number first. If your items arrive broken, please let us know as soon as possible. All shipments are insured.



Inventory


Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Due to the volume of orders and our large inventory, in rare cases please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
